When it comes to my outfits, they’re always a tad on the matchy side. I just can’t help this. Because try as I might, I start off with the best intentions of going against my comfort of matching things with each other, but somehow everything (even down to the socks) matches, colour-wise. Is this a bad thing? I know many people do not like this, and I agree that it gets too much sometimes, but somehow I can’t help myself. It’s just the way I am, I’m not the type of person who can pull off a thrown together sort of look. If I try to do this I end up looking like I got dressed in the dark in 10 seconds, and not in a good way.

This dress was given to my by my Grandma, it was her dress which she used to wear when she was a bit younger.  adore the colours and the strange floral print. Blue isn’t a colour I often wear, but this dress makes me change my mind about the boyish hue, and the idylic tones make me want to dive into a gorgeous ocean somewhere exotic and far away. And of course, I went for my turqouise socks and blue loafers, matching these with the vintage dress perfectly. Or at least, I like to think so.

My outfits are often quite matchy too! :) Love the dress, and it looks so cute with the shoes and socks!

  2. Blue looks good on you, you should definitely wear it more often!
